The small town of Clervaux is located in the romantic valley formed by the river “Clerve”. Clervaux is famous for its ancient Benedictic monastery and its middle age castle.
This castle, which lay in ruins, was restored and is now a museum where you can have a look at the world famous exposition of the American photographer Edwart Steichen, who has Luxembourgish origins.
Clervaux also has a pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and cafés.
Around Clervaux you can:
